The cleaning procedures we have strictly implemented over the past year continue daily at our hotels. We follow the American Hotel & Lodging Association’s Safe Stay® guidelines, an industry-wide initiative focused on enhanced cleaning practices, social interactions, and workplace protocols to meet the new health and safety challenges and expectations presented by COVID-19.
PUBLIC SPACES
Cleaning and disinfecting throughout the hotels, including all high-touch surfaces, rails, door handles, and elevator buttons, remains a top priority at our hotels. Prominently placed hand sanitizer stations are added throughout all public areas and entrances.
GUEST ROOMS
Our minimalist guest room design continues to provide additional confidence for our guests before, during, and after their stay. Guest rooms and suites are cleaned and disinfected with hospital-grade cleaning products to ensure our rooms remain cleaner and safer.
FLEXIBLE CANCELLATION
We offer flexible cancellation policies as you plan your future travel. At SCP Hotels, including SCP Seven4One, SCP Colorado Springs, SCP Redmond, and SCP Depoe Bay, reservations can be canceled 24 hours before your scheduled arrival date without penalty. At SCP Hilo, Salishan Coastal Lodge, and Laguna Riviera, reservations can be canceled up to 72 hours before your scheduled arrival date without penalty. At SCP Mendocino Inn and Farm, reservations can be canceled up to 7 days before your arrival. This policy excludes Advance Purchase reservations.
STAYING WELL
In addition to our cleaning procedures, one of our core pillars, Soul, focuses on guests' wellness. At many of our hotels, we offer plant-forward, healthy food and beverage options at Provisions Market. We carefully curate market items in Provisions to support local purveyors and nourish our guests’ health and wellness journey while traveling. In addition, our SCP Fit spaces offer guests state-of-the-art equipment and access to on-demand workouts providing a space to exercise at our hotels safely.
