From day one, Soul Community Planet’s Holistic Hospitality code has focused on providing guests good, clean accommodations at a fair price. As we continue to navigate the global COVID-19 pandemic, we have reimagined our SCP Hotel experience to ensure the health and safety of our guests and employees exceeds industry expectations. We are fully dedicated to providing guests with the utmost confidence when staying at any of our hotels.
The cleaning procedures we have strictly implemented over the past year continue every day at our hotels. We follow the American Hotel & Lodging Association’s Safe Stay® guidelines, an industry wide initiative focused on enhanced cleaning practices, social interactions, and workplace protocols to meet the new health and safety challenges and expectations presented by COVID-19.
Cleaning and disinfecting throughout the hotels, including all high-touch surfaces, rails, door handles and elevator buttons remains a top priority at our hotels. Prominently placed hand sanitizer stations are also added throughout all public areas and entrances.
Our minimalist guest room design continues to provide additional confidence for our guests before, during and after their stay. Guest rooms and suites are cleaned and disinfected with hospital-grade cleaning products to ensure our rooms continue to remain cleaner and safer.
We offer flexible cancellation policies as you plan your future travel. At SCP Hotels including SCP Colorado Springs, SCP Redmond and SCP Depoe Bay reservations can be cancelled up to 24-hours prior to your scheduled arrival date without penalty. At SCP Hilo, Salishan Coastal Lodge and Laguna Riviera, reservations can be cancelled up to 72-hours prior to your scheduled arrival date without penalty. Policy excludes Advance Purchase reservations.
In addition to our cleaning procedures, one of our core pillars, Soul, focuses on guests' wellness. At many of our hotels, we offer plant-forward, healthy food and beverage options at Provisions Market. We carefully curate market items in Provisions to not only support local purveyors, but also nourish our guests’ health and wellness journey while traveling. In addition, our SCP Fit spaces offer guests state-of-the-art equipment and access to on-demand workouts providing a space to safely exercise at our hotels.
