CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Soul Community Planet (SCP) Depoe Bay Hotel has the following check-in and check-out times:

• Check-In: 4:00 pm
• Check-Out: 11:00 am

Early check-in and late check-out must be purchased in advance.

PRE-AUTHORIZATION
At check-in, we will pre-authorize your credit card for $100 to cover any incidental charges during your stay. If you have any questions about the authorization, please get in touch with us at info.db@scphotel.com or (541) 765-2350.

ALL ADVANCE PURCHASE RESERVATIONS
Advance Purchase Reservations are prepaid and non-refundable at the time of booking. Full payment is charged when booking to the credit card on file. In exchange for promotional savings, these reservations are non-refundable, non-cancelable, non-changeable, and non-transferable.  

ALL FLEXIBLE POLICY RESERVATIONS
Flexible Policy Reservations require a credit card guarantee at the time of booking. One night room and tax charged three (3) days before arrival to the credit card on file. There is no penalty for cancellation before the deposit. Within three days before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.  

GROUP ROOM RESERVATIONS
Reservations for a minimum of five (5) rooms for ten (10) or more room nights at SCP Depoe Bay for the same period of stay must be made directly through the SCP Central Sales Team and are not valid if booked otherwise. We reserve the right to cancel or impose additional requirements on such reservations. Promotional and qualified rates are not valid for group reservations. All group room blocks are considered valid once a signed agreement has been obtained and deposit(s) paid based on the agreement.

AGE REQUIREMENT
Guests must be 21+ to book a room and check-in at SCP Depoe Bay.

NON-SMOKING PROPERTY
SCP Depoe Bay, along with all SCP Hotels, is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is not permitted in guest rooms, balconies, or public spaces. Guests who violate our policy will be charged an additional cleaning fee if smoke is detected.

PET-FRIENDLY HOTEL
SCP Depoe Bay is a dog-friendly hotel.  We do charge a small pet fee of $35 per dog per stay.  Guests can have two dogs maximum per room, and we have a weight limit of 50 lbs for each pet. Please view our full Pet Policy to ensure an enjoyable stay for your dog at SCP Depoe Bay.
