Guest Amenity Fee
25 USD per night taxable Guest Amenity Fee (28.55 USD total) is charged upon arrival. Unless otherwise stated, all reservations enjoy access to the following amenities included in the required

• Outdoor pool and jacuzzi (open year-round)
• Beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas
• Beach valet (seasonal)

Parking
Valet parking is available for 38 USD and is charged each night of your stay. Metered self-parking is available throughout Laguna Beach if you prefer not to valet park your car with us during your stay. Please note: metered street parking is not guaranteed.

All Advance Purchase Reservations
Advance Purchase Reservations are prepaid and non-refundable at the time of booking. Full payment is charged when booking to the credit card on file. In exchange for promotional savings, these reservations are non-refundable, non-cancelable, non-changeable, and non-transferable. The Guest Amenity Fee is not included and is charged upon arrival.

All Flexible Policy Reservations
Flexible Policy Reservations require a credit card guarantee at the time of booking. One night room and tax charged three (3) days before arrival to the credit card on file—no penalty for cancellation before the deposit. Within three days before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable. The Guest Amenity Fee is not included and is charged upon arrival.

Laguna Beach is a Non-Smoking Destination
Laguna Beach is a non-smoking city. Smoking is not permitted at the property or anywhere in Laguna Beach. Guests will be charged a 250 USD deep cleaning fee if smoking is detected in their room.

Pet-Friendly Hotel
Laguna Surf Lodge welcomes all well-behaved dogs and is a dog-friendly hotel with a fee of 35 USD per dog per stay with up to two dogs maximum. Please note: dogs cannot be left unattended at anytime.

We promise to provide our guests with good, clean accommodations at a fair price. We back up this promise through our Fair Trade Pricing program. With Fair Trade Pricing, each of our guests determines the price they pay at check-out based on the quality of their experience.
