Our Guest Rooms
SCP Mendocino Inn and Farm occupies fifteen rolling acres of woodland, pastures, and gardens. Right outside your room, you will find direct trail access to Van Damme State Park, Spring Hill State Park, and Little River Beach.
Guest accommodations are spread among several buildings, each with a unique character and style, offering a comfortable night's sleep with Avocado mattresses, luxurious bedding, and thoughtful room amenities. Breakfast, delivered to your door, is included with every stay.

Our Buildings
The Lodge
The contemporary Lodge is located among the gardens and offers bright, spacious guest rooms with large windows to enjoy views of the property.
The Farmhouse
The location of the historic 1867 Farmhouse was chosen for the stunning coastline views. The Farmhouse has 5 guest rooms.
Stevenscroft
The Stevenscroft, named after Isaiah Stevens – the original founder of the farm - is designed in an “L” shape providing quiet guest rooms and suites, each with an exterior private entrance.
The Fourquarters Building
Designed on three-levels, this unique building offers four guest rooms, all with a fireplace, and an outdoor seating area for guests to enjoy the surrounding greenery.
Cobbler’s House
The Cobbler’s House offers common spaces on the main floor for guests to read by the wood-burning fireplace, play a game or enjoy a glass of wine. Inside, you will find five unique guest rooms and suites offering spacious floor plans with traditional furnishings. The Cobbler’s House offers five guest rooms.
The Carriage House
Our most spacious Deluxe King Suite is located on the second floor of the private Carriage House building. The suite offers a King bed and gas fireplace. Step outside to a private balcony overlooking the gardens, the original water tower, and the courtyard.
The Cottage
Located next to the historic Cobbler’s House, The Cottage is a one-bedroom suite with nearby ocean bluffs just a short walk from the front door. The Cottage’s spacious bathroom includes a walk-in shower and a deep soaking tub. This suite includes a King bed and an additional daybed. Bask in the woods' ambiance right outside your private cottage door.
