Booking Policies

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Soul Community Planet (SCP) Mendocino Inn and Farm has the following check-in and check-out times:

  • Check-In: 4:00 pm
  • Check-Out: 11:00 am

Early check-in and late check-out are unavailable at SCP Mendocino Inn and Farm.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Advance Purchase Reservations
Advance Purchase Reservations are prepaid and non-refundable at the time of booking. Full payment is charged at the time of booking to the credit card provided. In exchange for promotional savings, these reservations are non-refundable, non-cancelable, non-changeable, and non-transferable.

Flexible Policy Reservations
Flexible Policy Reservations require a deposit of one-night room rate and tax to be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking. Reservations may be canceled or modified seven (7) days before arrival. If the reservation is canceled within seven (7) days before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.

GROUP ROOM RESERVATIONS
Reservations for a minimum of five (5) rooms for ten (10) or more room nights at SCP Mendocino Inn and Farm for the same period of stay must be made directly through the SCP Central Sales Team and are not valid if booked otherwise. We reserve the right to cancel or impose additional requirements on such reservations. Promotional and qualified rates are not valid for group reservations. Food and Beverage and other promotional credits are subject to terms of group agreements. All group room blocks are considered valid once a signed agreement has been obtained and deposit(s) paid based on the agreement.

AGE REQUIREMENT
Guests must be 21 to book a room and check in at SCP Mendocino Inn and Farm.

NON-SMOKING PROPERTY
SCP Mendocino Inn and Farm (along with all SCP Hotels) is a non-smoking hotel.  Smoking of any kind is not permitted in guest rooms, balconies, or public spaces.  Guests who violate our policy will be charged an additional cleaning fee if smoke is detected.

PET-FRIENDLY HOTEL
SCP Mendocino Inn and Farm is a dog-friendly hotel with a fee of $35 per dog per stay with up to 2 dogs maximum and a 50 lb weight limit per pet.  Please view our full Pet Policy.
