SCP Redmond Hotel Policies

Check-In and Check-Out
Soul Community Planet (SCP) Redmond Hotel has the following check-in and check-out times:

• Check-In: 4:00 PM
• Check-Out: 11:00 AM

Early check-in and late check-out must be purchased in advance.

Pre-Authorization
At check-in, we will pre-authorize your credit card for $100 to cover any incidental charges during your stay.

All Advance Purchase Reservations
Advance Purchase Reservations are prepaid non refundable at time of booking. Full payment charged at time of booking to the credit card on file. In exchange for promotional savings, these reservations are non-refundable, non-cancelable, non-changeable and non-transferable.

All Flexible Policy Reservations
Flexible Policy Reservations require a credit card guarantee at time of booking. One night room and tax charged one (1) day before arrival to the credit card on file.  No penalty for cancellation before deposit. Within one day before arrival, deposit is nonrefundable.

Group Room Reservations
Reservations for a minimum of five (5) rooms for ten (10) or more room nights at SCP Redmond for the same period of stay must be made directly through the sa***@sc******.com">SCP Central Sales Team and are not valid if booked otherwise. We reserve the right to cancel or impose additional requirements on such reservations. Promotional and qualified rates are not valid for group reservations. Provisions and other promotional credits are subject to terms of group agreements. All group room blocks are considered valid once a signed agreement is obtained and deposit(s) paid based on the agreement.

Pet Friendly Hotel
SCP Redmond is a dog-friendly hotel. We charge a small pet fee of $35 per dog per stay. Guests can have two dogs maximum per room, and we have a weight limit of 50 lbs for each pet. Please view our full Pet Policy before staying at SCP Redmond to ensure an enjoyable stay for you and your four-legged friend at SCP Redmond.
