CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Soul Community Planet (SCP) Hilo Hotel has the following check-in and check-out times:

• Check-In: 4:00 pm
• Check-Out: 11:00 am

Early check-in and late check-out must be purchased in advance.

ALL ADVANCE PURCHASE RESERVATIONS
Advance Purchase Reservations are prepaid and non-refundable at the time of booking. Full payment is charged to the credit card on file at the time of booking. In exchange for promotional savings, these reservations are non-refundable, non-cancelable, non-changeable, and non-transferable. The Guest Amenity Fee is not included and is charged upon arrival.

ALL FLEXIBLE POLICY RESERVATIONS
Flexible Policy Reservations require a credit card guarantee at the time of booking.  One night room and tax charged three (3) days before arrival to the credit card on file.  There is no penalty for cancellation prior to the deposit.  Within three days prior to arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.  The guest amenity fee is not included and is charged upon arrival.

GROUP ROOM RESERVATIONS
Reservations for more than nine (9) rooms per night or 15 total room nights at SCP Hilo Hotel for the same period of stay must be made directly through the hotel and are not valid if booked on our website.  If more than nine (9) rooms or 15 total room nights at SCP Hilo Hotel for the same period of stay are booked through our website or any other site, we reserve the right to cancel or impose additional requirements on such reservations.  It is not valid for promotional and qualified rates or group reservations.

AGE REQUIREMENT
Guests must be 21+ to book a room and check-in at SCP Hilo Hotel.

GUEST AMENITY FEE
25 USD per night taxable Guest Amenity Fee is charged upon arrival.  Unless otherwise stated, all reservations enjoy access to the following amenities included in the required Guest Amenity Fee:

• In-room WiFi
• Cultural workshops and classes (including lei making, local fruit tasting, yoga and more)
• Live local music
• Hotel bikes
• Stand-up paddle boards
• Outdoor pool
• Fitness room including Peloton Bikes and TRX equipment
• Self-parking

AUTHORIZATION FOR DAMAGES AND INCIDENTALS
Your credit card will be pre-authorized at check-in for $50 for any incidental charges or room damages. Any incidental room charges will be appropriately billed to your credit card upon departure, or the deposit will be fully refunded.

NON-SMOKING PROPERTY
SCP Hilo is a non-smoking hotel.  Smoking is not permitted in guest rooms, balconies, or public spaces.  Guests who violate our policy will be charged an additional cleaning fee if smoke is detected.

PET-FRIENDLY HOTEL
SCP Hilo is a dog-friendly hotel. The fee is 35 USD per dog per night, up to 2 dogs maximum, and a 35-lb weight limit per pet. Please view our full Pet Policy before staying at SCP Hilo.
